WHERE TO MEET

Day of the Girl Buffalo will take place at Buffalo State University’s Bulger Building, a vibrant space in the heart of our city where learning, creativity, and community come alive.

With bright open rooms, performance spaces, and plenty of space for girls to connect, the Bulger Building provides the perfect backdrop for a day filled with empowerment, sisterhood, and celebration. Families will find it easily accessible, with parking nearby, welcoming staff, and the energy of a college campus that reminds every girl she belongs in higher education spaces.

It’s not just a venue — it’s a place where dreams are nurtured, voices are amplified, and the future of Buffalo’s next generation of leaders will shine.

On International Day of the Girl, Buffalo joins the world in celebrating girls, their power, and their future. Day of the Girl Buffalo 2025 is a full-day experience created to amplify the voices of girls in grades 3–12, equip them with tools to lead, and surround them with mentors who believe in their potential.

Hosted in partnership with Buffalo State University’s Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Project Mona’s House/Young Women’s Empowerment Academy, Confident Girl Mentoring, Raising a Mogul, Zandra Beauty, and Sneak Vibing — this is more than an event. It’s a movement.
